Ok so really stupid question time...

So, im new to photosho, and im attempting to use an image ive drawn by hand and scanned. In flash the thing im looking for is called Trace bitmap, i was wondering if PS has it, and if so where? I just want be able to alter the lines ive already drawn.

step 1 :use magnetic lasso tool and trace your image.
step 2 : right click the matching ants and choose Make Work Path
step 3 : use white arrow to manipulate path as required.
