eraser options window

Hi ... In the tutorial = "Blending Edges on a Composite Photo"
using the "eraser tool to take a look at the tool's Options Palette" is mentioned.
I can't find this window anywhere. I have tried double clicking on the eraser icon in the tool bar - nothing happens - in fact i have tried everywhere the "eraser" tool is mentioned but i still can't find this window. ( the window is shown at the "point4" section.)

Can somebody please tell me where i can find it??????

I don't know the tutorial you mean, but when you choose the Eraser, the options become available in the Tool Options bar near the top of the screen, just below the Menu bar.
