Answes; Just Cant Figure it out!!!

Whats Up Everyone ??? :D

I use this forum as a resource for alot of my PS problems... Im not that new to photoshop, maybe a year into it!!! But, there has to be somebody with knowledge of "HOW TO", do what I cant ... :( I have two real important Q's that I just cant figure out, no matter how long, or how hard ive tried... So here it goes ...


1. "Circle Pattern" - I know how to make patterns ... But, I dont know how to get the circle pattern in this sample below ... Any tips or clues anybody ??




2. "UNKNOWN" :o ... I've tried using the pen tool, but just as my problem up top, I dont know how to get a cool effect like this sample below ... If you have any clue how they did it, help me out pplzzz...




Someone has to know alittle something about this ..... I just cant figure it out ... I've already broke 3 lap-tops ... Please help!!! :(
