rasterizing an image

Hello, I have a logo I created for a client that I rebuilt in layers in photoshop so his printer could manage the different colors easier. He wants the logo vectorized so it can be enlarged (we are talking feet here) How do I do this? Thanks for any help with this

I used the wrong term in my previous post, I need to vectorize the image so it can be resized to any size needed.
