How do I curve my images?

Small picture, I apologize - but I'd like to do something like that. How do I curve the edges of my pics? Thanks.

Make the image a layer by double-clicking on the background layer name in the 'Layers' pallet.

Choose the 'Rounded Rectangle' tool (about halfway down the tool pallet on the right hand side). You can choose different radius settings for the corners in the options bar (higher radius = more rounded corners). Set the tool to 'Paths' in the options bar.

Draw the rectangle over the image.

Hit CTRL + Enter to turn the path to a selection.

Inverse the selection (Select > Inverse)

Hit 'Delete' to remove the background outside the selection.
