Use the dodge tool to 'bleach' a colour lighter or to white. Dunno about yellow though!

Try this way of burning/dodging. open new layer and change blen mode to soft light. B for brush and change opacity to 30% click D to reset swatches. Burn ith black and dodge with white. As for your need to use yellow click on a swatch and change to yellow. Using this technique you can go back and undo. Also no pixel were harm because you are a layer. By sneaking up on the effect with 30% you build up tones versus throwing them down. Hope this helps PS short cut for the new layer with soft light Hold alt/option and click new layer in layers palette once there choose soft light and you are good to go. Peace |
