is there any way to save a 70% opacity picture as a jpg or gif? Everytime i make it and save it, the color turns solid.,:confused:

One easy way is to copy the original image and the create a new one with the copy. In the empty, new image you just paste the copy as a layer and choose what opacity you need. then flatten the image and save it....Done !
