Hi everyone. I am new to this forum and plan on being here often. I was brought to this forum by necessity and by interest in Photoshop's ability to create things from pictures. I loved my grandfather more than anything in the world, and I have only one picture that is of him and the rest of his grandkids. Unfortunately, the picture was taken in the early 80s and half of the picture has an ugly reddish overtone. Most of the overtone is on my grandfather's torso and face, and I have tried countless times on Photoshop Creative Suite edition to correct the problem. I wish I had more experience but am hoping someone in here can help me with this matter. I will be glad to email you the pic or if someone can give me a link to a tutorial on how to fix this specific problem, it would be greatly appreciated. BTW, I would like to save it in the highest possible resolution without sparing piture quality, as there are some little scratches and nicks on the picture. |

You might want to look at some of the tutorials on at RetouchPro.com The are some great restoration tutorials over there as well as some great people that do this sort of thing every day. |
