It's turned gray-scale.

Whenever I go into photoshop now, everything I draw, or paste into it turns gray. Even if i chose another color, it's just gray. I was wondering how I could fix this! Thanks for your help. =)

Check to see what colour mode your document is set up in. (Image > Mode)
There may be a check-mark next to Grayscale. Just tick RGB (or CMYK) and you'll be able to paint and edit in colour again.

If you are getting this problem every time you open a new document, you will have to change the colour mode setting in the 'New' dialog box. In the 'colour mode' field, click the arrow to the right and select RGB (or CMYK) from the drop-down menu
