Can someone do a 5 minute Photoshop job for me?

I promised a friend I would give her blue hair in a picture and make her look punk....She wants it to look realistic and all I can do is make it look like an obvious photoshop.

If someone could be sooooooo kind as to let me send them the pic and just spend about 5 minutes to give her blue hair and make her look punk by giving her a spike necklace or something?

I will be soooo thankful and give you full credit!!!

When posting something like this, if you simply provide a link directly to the image, alot of times someone will hook you up.

People will almost never send you and email, msn, aim or espn you! If however they are just sitting here reading the forum. Trying to find something to cure their boring reproduction of yesterday, and they run across a post like this with the image right there. Alot of times they will snatch the image and give it a go.
