Batch Saving Multiple Sizes

Hi, I'm using Photoshop to create my web images and need to make an "Action" to use the "Save for Web" function where it'll save 3 different image sizes (Small, Medium and Large) with a suffix at the end of the file name ("_s", "_m" and "_l" respectively), but I can't seem to find any way of getting the software to add to the filename without rewritting it completely (which I have to do manually anyway).
I have found the "Output Settings" dialog window and this looks to do everything I want, but I have tried everything I can think of and can't seem to get it working.
Can anyone help please?
