Cool water effect. But how do you make it? |

Ok, can anybody tell me how to do this water effect? To me it looks soooo coool. Looks like the ripple filter added to some rendered clouds to me.

Yeah, the bottom webpage background definitely looks like clouds filter with the ripple filter on them. The other graphic looks like the clouds filter that have been level adjusted and embossed to create a slightly more realistic effect. |
