Need

I need some help... If you check this website http://www.rflresourcing.com/f_hotjobs.html , in the flash header part you see images faded together. The left side of the images nicely dissolves. How do you do this with fotoshop?

Hi tomasis,
In Photoshop, you impose one image over another (select all > copy > paste).
Then mask to the upper layer (Layer > Layer Mask > Reveal All)
Then gradient-fill the mask (use linear black-to-white gradient) to create gradual transparency.
