Getting lines on my work!! What is this Error?

Some reason, after using photoshop for a while im now getting lines all over my work. I was just editing a photo I had taken and I started to get lines. Different colour lines (red, pink, yellow, green etc). Here is a sample of the error. Please tell me how to fix it. http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y14/zambizi182/linesss.jpg
