I did a google search and turned up several tanning tutorials. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&safe=off&client=firefox-a&channel=s&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&hs=bFG&q=tan+%2BPHotoshop&btnG=Search |

Hi guys, If you want to alter a persons skin color, try this. Top menu > Image > Adjustments > Variations. Step 1. Click on left Original in the split windows so that your pic is not a macro of any last job. Step 2. Click lighter twice. This will lighten the canvas Step 3. Click More Red. This will give a tanned effect Step 4. Click Darker twice to bring back the original background, hair, clothe colors etc. You can adjust the level of 'adjustment' by selecting the radio buttons on the top: Shadows | Midtones | Highlights | Saturation. ----- Another way to be even more specific is to create a path around your person and make more adjustments that way. Made this post some time ago, it may be relevant. http://forum.teamphotoshop.com/showthread.php?t=25012&highlight=billytea hope it helps Billytea www.australiasigns.com.au/ideas |
