Pen tool in Photoshop Elements?

I was looking around and found out that a lot of people like to use the pen tool for cutting out images... I was wondering if there is a pen tool in Photoshop Elements and I just can't find it. I've looked pretty much everywhere. Anyone know?

sadly there isn't, Elements lacks alot of the functionality of it's big sister.
