Pixel nightmare!

Hi all,

In a photoshop if u have a picture that u wanna reduce in size but reduce makes it pixelated, how do u add pixels?

See i have a picture of 3456 px by 2304. I wanna reduce it to 700 by 150 pixel..How do i do this?

Image > Image size... and then type in the size you want.

going from 3456 X 2304 to 700 X 150 you'll most likley be best served by useing the crop tool and setting the deminsions of the crop.
