Map outline in Photoshop format

Hi, I need some help. I am looking for a high quality outline of a map of Canada and U.S. (that shows the east coast (Toronto, Montréal, New York, Boston etc). I tried making the map myself but it didn’t turn out too well. So does anyone know where I can get free maps in Photoshop format or outline of maps in Photoshop format so I can use to make a map for a webpage?

yeah but it looks like you have to pay for those ones. paying is not good for me cause i am broke

I have downloaded several of them and haven't paid for any of them.

Go to that page the first selection is "General Reference of North America"
download the .pdf.... pop it open it Illustrator nd you can edit it how you please.
