Hello I know there's a way to do this from the layers menu (ctrl-click new layer icon), but is there a key combo? I use shift-ctrl-n a lot to make new layers, but often I need to make a new layer *below* the current layer. Thx J |

You know I really don't think there is. Like you I use the CTR+SHIFT+N and CTR+ALT+SHIFT+N (no dialog) and the CTR+CLICK method to go under my active layer. I know Adobe has a pdf on their site that shows all the keystrokes but I don't remember seeing THAT keystroke. |
