Ok those checkmarks are telling PS (photoshop) IR (imageready) which program you want to open that file type in if you just double click a file of that type. Below is a sample of w3hat "I" would do... but you can do whatever you wish. Its really not going to mess anything up. Window Bitmap (BMP,RLE,DIB)............... PS encapsulated postscript (EPS).............. NS compuserve GIF (GIF) .........................IR JPEG (JPG, JPE, JPEG)..........................PS PICT (PCT, PICT)...............................PS pc exchange (PCX)............................NS adobe photodeluxe (PCC)...................PS Portable Document format (PDF).........NS photo PDF (PDP).............................NS portable network graphics (PNG)........IR pixar (PXR)...................................NS photoshop raw data (RAW)..............PS scitex CT (SCT).............................NS targa image (TGA,VDA,ICB,VST).......PS photo CD (PCD)............................PS wireless BMP (WBMP).....................PS |

There really isn't a "normal" set... thats why it gives you the option to change it. Try holding down ctr+shift+alt+W while launching PS... you'll be prompted to delete your prefs file tell it yes and then see what you've got |
