I'm fairly new to photoshop, so I don't know if this is a simple question or not. :] When I try adding text to a new document, it becomes extremly small. It happens with all text sizes. I'm pretty sure I accidently changed one of the settings for the text, but I'm not sure which one. Inside the circle, is the word 'CLAIRE' written in size 14 font, I don't know why it comes out so tiny.. Any help is appreciated. |

Have you tryed a different font? You might be using a font that Photoshop doesn't like. |

Ok, lets see... What is the document size and resolution? (ie A 14 point type in a LARGE document size will appear to be tiny in relation to the big picture) Have you tryed making the text say.... 100 point? |

I might be wrong.... but I think if you change the resolution to 72 all will be right again...

Ah, still didn't work. With 72, I can't even see the small line anymore.

OK, I'm gonna suggest one more thing and then I'm lost... Try trashing your prefs file: Quit Phtotshop and then when you restart it hold down ctr+shift+alt+W while launching PS... you'll be prompted to delete your prefs file tell it yes and then see what you've got |
