Help - Tearing out Effect

i was wondering if there is a tutorial or somone knows how to do somthing like this...


im makin stickers and designing through photoshop and want to do this on the design.

Are you talking about the flag in the forground?

There are tons of tutorials on the net about paper edges.... torn, burnt, etc.

yeah the flag, it looks like its tearing out to me, otherwise it might be somthing like paper edge. kool cheers
