How do i make borders around my signatures?

Just simple ones, such as a black line. And how do I make more complex ones?

Are there any sites/tuts to explain different borders?

EDIT: and how do i resize renders w/out deforming them? thanks!

With the sig opne in photoshop:
Hit D
ctr+A
EDIT>STROKE
Select the thickness
Select "inside"
click ok

And how do I make more complex ones?

Use EDIT>IMAGE SIZE
make sure "constrain proportions" is checked.

"complex ones" meaning like, fuzzy borders, fading borders, techy-like borders... just borders with different shapes.
