gif

hi
I just did some work on a jpeg file
put in some text etc

I went to save it and it seemed my only
option was save optimized as

the resulting file was a gif file

I want to upload the pic to image shack and
it wont accept it

is there any way to get the save optimized option
to deliver jpegs ?

Coming from Photoshop use "save for web"

But it sounds like you are coming from Imageready. So you need to change you optimize settings to reflect the file type you want to save as.
