help please! I've tried everything to get my photoshop to work!

I repaired, I reinstalled, I reinstalled again, I repaired again. NOTHING seems to work!

I asked adobe, but they take FOREVER to answer, its been 3 weeks! I keep trying!

The problem is that whenever i open Adobe photoshop, it opens fine, but it wont open any files!

I don't get an error or anything, I just can't see it load up or something. Please help!

Some additional system information would be of great help...



  • What operating system are you running?
  • What version of Photoshop are you running?
  • Is your version of photoshop up-to-date?
  • Is you copy of photoshop legal? (Adobe won't help you if it isn't)
