Hey all, I am trying to transform a sprite which is about 32x32 and while using Photoshop's free transform tool to size it to something like 600x600 it becomes horribly distorted (thanks to the anti-aliasing). I need to turn it off while transforming, yet I see no option. Thanks Kamoo Edit: Ok, I solved the problem. In the Preferences -> General menu I selected a different "Interpolation" method. |

Kamoo interpolation will help but its still gonna be nasty if you look close. You can't do that without it being distorted. You got an image off the net that is 32 x 32 at 72dpi taking it to 600 x 600 would make its reaolution WAY below what is needed for a 72 dpi screen preview. Direct answer: you'll never get anything but what you are getting resizing "that" image to 600 x 600. Find a lager image chances are that same image is out there in a larger size somewhere on the net. |
