image-ready problem

hi there
i have photoshop for almost a year now and its going smooth n stuff but since a month or two i have this annoying problem:

image-ready doesnt work anymore :<

when i try to open it it says: "could not fully start the application because an unknown error has occured"

i have photoshop 7.0, i have no clue what the problem could be and i dont manage to uninstall and reinstall it (uninst.isu & uninst.dll -> how to handle them?)

if someone could tell me whats the problem or just tell me how to uninstall and reinstall i would be a happy man

Try holding down ctr+shift+alt+W while launching Imageready... you'll be prompted to delete your prefs file....

If that doesn't help and if you have a legit CD version you can just try installing again without uninstalling... it should overwrite any changed, missing or corrupt file.
