need help w/blurred graphics |

Hi Am a newbie here and to photoshop. Am learning on my own (Oh booy). I am working on a banner for a web site but the final is blurred. Anyone have any ideas? It may be my settings or the way I save it. See Tony Boy Please help:( TY! Sue |

I don't really see a "blur" just normal Jpeg artifacts. At 38K I guess you saved it at the highest quality... or close to it. Since the graphic only has 4 colors used you could try a .gif file it will have sharper edges than that of the .jpg |

did you stretch the imagE?..e.g. if the image was 400x400px,..did you maybe make it 500x500?
