I have recently noticed that my colours in photoshop are not the same as in image ready and in my final design (website). In photoshop the colour is a brown colour, then in imageready it is a blue colour (i presume the right colour). How do i go about changing this, is it a case of resetting the colour preset? I have been to edit colour settings, but don't know what to choose :( |

I had the same issue last week. This fix was used for CS2 and I don't know what flavor you are using. Anyway, according to a post I read in another forum, the Adobe Gamma is messed up. Try using the Adobe Gamma tool in Cotrol Panel. I used the Wizard. My understanding is (and I'm still new at PS), is that the wrong (usually Apple) gamma settings are being used. In PS, the color was messed up, but in IR it was all good. The above process fixed PS without affecting anything else. Cheers. Goomba |

Make sure your color profiles are the same in both applications. In CS2 go to "Edit > Color Settings..." and make sure that everything checks out in both applications.
