Hi!
Can anyone help med how to do images like this: http://member.webforum.nu/9499/1.gif from an "ordinary" images.

I´m using photoshop CS

Try going to:

Filter > Artistic > Sponge and fiddling with the settings on the sliders.

Also play about with the other settings there, i am sure you will find some cool effects.

filter> add noise, then use the cut out filter and play with values and sliders.
