canceling action

I created a custom action that saved my digital layouts in 3 versions. A psd file, a high resolution file and a web file. It was done with shift F3. I want to undo it. Can anyone tell me how do do this?

Undo it ? As in getting the original file back ? didn't you save a backup or the original psd ?
Sorry, but I do not know of a way to back a saved file up to it's original state.
