A Web Design Question

I used to know how to do this two years ago and now i'm in a situation to where I have to KNOW this.

My question is how do I combine slices once i've made them throughout the layout?

Do not understand the question. Do you mean how to get them online looking like a webpage, once you've made them in Photoshop ?

The hard way is to actually make tables that fit the images and finally ends up like a whole image on a webpage. The easier way is to make the image in photoshop, and then jump to image ready and have it made there... and finally exporting this as a webpage.
