I have a problem with the text layers,Please help!

That's usually caused by not having a font used in the .psd, installed on your system. You'll need to find the right font and place it in your windows/ fonts folder.

You'll be able to see which test is causing the problem as it will have a warning sign like the one in the dialogue box next to it in the layers palette. You won't be able to edit the text without the correct font.

I think that's a bit of a needle in a haystack request, it should tell you what font you are missing next to the text that has the warning icon in the layer palette. Then just do a google search for it, there are lots of sites out there that stock fonts, both free and commercial.
