Well another way you could do it would be by using the "Pen Tool" however this is a bit harder to use than the lasso tool, but MUCH more functional. You can google for some tutorials on "Spot Color" but your best bet would probably be to take is section by section with the lasso tool if your not good enough to do it with the pen tool. |

Hey clueless... I'm guessing from your nick you won't come back to read this reply, let alone stick around the forum. I say this, because who would want to be known as 'clueless' 2 years from now. Friends don't let friends pick stupid nicks and drive. BUT, in the event I'm wrong... learn the lasso tool. You have other options, but none that are as precise, as neat, and as eternal. When the cute little shortcuts fail you. You come back to the lasso tool. You are using a graphical, artistic tool. QUIT LOOKING FOR THE SHORTCUTS! There's 3 variations to the lasso tool, and you'll find tutorials on all of them on the front of this site. Do them all! THEN, when you've finished your masterpiece, bring it back here and post a link to it, and we'll all critique it and tell you how to do it better next time!!!!! Sorry for the bare truth. You'll thank me some day. |
