scan lines

how can i make scan lines?

ex. mace's matrix pic he has scanlines on the pic...how can?

there are like a million "scan line" tutorials.

Go to http://designsbymark.com/pstips/photo_tvlines.shtml Ok, do what it says there, except, don't use the line tool, it won't work. Instead, use the rectangle marquee tool to draw the line with and flood fill it with, whatever color you want, most use black... Then, just do the rest. You only need to make 1 line and these lines will be saved so you can reuse over and over again, different sizes and colors...Make sure that you set those scanlines to overlay, or it'll be way too dark... Takes me now about 5 minutes to make my line and put them into my pictures... Let me know if ya have any problems...AniKawi
