TWO DIFFERENT SETS OF ANIMATION FRAMES WITH DIFFERENT SPEEDS?

Hi, I'm doing animation in photoshop to create an AD Banner.
I have animation going, approx. 30 frames with No Delay which is creating a visual on my project.
Yet I also Need to have three different pictures animate on the same project. Each appears for 5 seconds, then the next one, then the third one, and it keeps looping like that.
Yet my problem is, all the frames in my animation are involved with the No Delay part. i need to create another animation with 5 sec delays

Is there a way to have two different animations going on the same project, one going really fast (lights across the bottom and top of the banner) and one going slow (pictures coming and going)
Any advice would be appreciated
Thanks

if i follow, i think your best bet is do it sort of modularly...like if you need one thing to change on 5 seconds and one at 7.5 then set your keys every 2.5 seconds...make sense?

But the thing is, its not a small difference, I have one going with no delay, instant change..I need the pic's to animate every 5 seconds
There's no way to make two different animations? on two seperate animation palettes or anything>?
