Hello, I'm really new to photoshop, so its an easy one but can any1 help me... I want to have a line that fades on both sides, its usally done on printings, its a line that both ends evenly fade out.. can anyone tell me how to do this.. Im really new so if you can explain in little bit of details, would appricate it. Thanks DNG |

really sorry but i totally forgot :confused: how to this i'm sorry i was just about to type then i just forgot lol i h8 when that happens it will come back to me soon i think.

I think using a layer mask should do this: Layer-->Add layer mask-->Reveal All And then you must manage to cast a black-white-black gradient on it which is parallel with the line (so verticle line-verticale gadient). I think the easiest way to get this gradient is right-click layer (in layer-window) --> blending options. |
