Imageready CS2 and photoshop CS2 Animations

How the hell do I make a gif using htese two? I am only familiar with PS not IR. Can anyone paste a really good link or maybe a tutorial? Im tryin gto make an animated banner for a site. thanks.

With CS2, you do not even need imageready, as the animation palette is in Photoshop.
