How the hell does that guy make his body look like this? what software etc?

I don't even want to know. *gross*

But I don't think a simple filter will all of it. You may have to use several tools like the clone stamp tools and simillar to achieve something that messy.

Yea that may be. Im not familliar with After Effects, but I don't believe there is a simple silter to do it there either. You'll probably have to do it the hard way

yeah, I read somewhere that chris cunningham said that he had to edit most of that video 1 frame at a time.but i guess if you just wanted to do a single image, photoshop would be your best bet
