I opened up ImageReady CS2 and went to, File - Open, then noticed I couldn't view any movies when it said, "All Readable Formats". Usually they show up without having to go to, "All Files". You know? Anyways, I double-clicked the .MOV video and when the open prompt went away, I'm greeted with this, "lovely", error. --- "Could not complete the operation. This is an unknown file or format." --- Now, I know that you can open .MOV's, I've done it brefore. I tried an MPEG also, just to test. Same thing, though. Please help. I'm sad. lol... really. P.S. I tried uninstalling CS2, reinstalling, uninstalling, installing CS, uninstalling, installing 7.0, still nothing. :( I guess that means it may be something with my preferences. The .MOV files don't even show up on, "All Readable Formats", if you know what I mean. I have to do, "All Files (.)". Any help is GREATLY appreciated. |
