You'll probably just need to download a font that includes the arabic character set, i'd imagine there's some around if you do some searching.

what is a character set ? and how do i know if the font includes the character set or not ?
there is something strange ... which is arabic text appears good when i edit images using IrfanView or Paint ( which comes with windows ) , but in Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro they don't .
this is wierd . here is an example of 2 images :
this one using Photoshop : http://sh-khaled.bizhat.com/bad_logo.jpg
and this one using IrfanView : http://sh-khaled.bizhat.com/good_logo.jpg
if the links don't open then right click and save the images .

Do some searching for arabic fonts, any fonts that are shown as being able to do arabic would i imagine contain the arabic character set (i.e. the arabic letterforms).

I'm getting a 403 forbidden on those images, what i'm guessing is that microsoft has some sort of built-in arabic language support that photoshop doesn't have.

oh, and don't double post please, I deleted your other one

Nope, it means that you need to download an arabic font that contains an arabic character set as i've said in each of my posts so far

Since you are using CS2 you have a wealth of cross platform, international linguistic typography control hidden in OPEN TYPE fonts.

This includes, Arabic, Hebrew etc.

Here are a few docs to help you on your way.

hope these help
