OK, I've decided I want to edit a commerically available movie's cover. The movie is The Crush, here is the cover: Basically, I would like to remove the words and title from the cover but I want it to look like it was never there. Is that what layers are? I'm extreamly new to this type of stuff and I'm completely lost already. I'm using Photoshop 7.0 How do I do this? I can't really understand the tutorials online. Could anyone help me out here? thanks. |

The best way to go about doing this being that as of right now it's 1 layer because its a simple image. Layers are only editable if the document was created in photoshop and it was saved in the proper file structure. This file structure doesnt save the layer structure. So the best way to go about doing this would probably be using the "Clone Tool" or the "Heal Tool" Both of which are pretty easy to learn how to use. There should be some good tutorial on both of these tools somewhere. Search google for them. This one is pretty decent, but might be semi-confusing for a person new to photoshop. http://www.eyesondesign.net/pshop/healing/brush.htm |
