Well here we go. I got frusturated with photoshop, and went ahead and did it in illustrator. I'm sure there was a faster way, but for the circles I created a rectangle in the size I wanted. then Effect->Convert To Shape->Ellipse->and re typed my measurements. saxeh! next time double click with the elipse tool on the canvas and it will ask you what the dimensions of the elipse need to be you also have a grid tool :P |
