When creating templates with photoshop and image ready, is there a way to mark the slice as a background image? When I generate the html the slices all end up as images. I then have to go into DW and change the img src to none and set the background image of the cell to the name it was. Is there an easier way? Thanks for any advice. |

I'm not exactly sure this is what you want, but the SiteGrinder plug-in for Photoshop uses the background-image CSS property for everything it outputs. And it doesn't involve slicing at all. You use it in place of ImageReady. Certainly, it's a much easier way than the normal ImageReady workflow, but I'm not sure what you are looking for. http://www.medialab.com/sitegrinder Chris Perkins Media Lab, Inc.
