When I am using CS at home - at the bottom - there is like a bar along the bottom - you know like when you open or save a file - you see like a blue progress bar on it. When I use CS2 at uni, I dont see it - can anyone please tell me how I can put it back there? Its quite useful and I find myself lost trying to find info without it. thanks |

The progress bar now appears only for functions that take more than, I think, 5seconds. There is a registry file that can change that behaviour. |

Windows>Status (from memory as PS not on this computer). Is that what you mean? Probably unwise to attempt to answer as I have not got CS2 but hey ho!

The info that was displayed at the bottom of the interface can now be displayed in the info palette. Besides the progress bar that is in a floating window. This is done because on the Windows side, you can now roll up the background of the application, for instance to see Bridge, or imagine, Notepad with the retouching instructions given by the AD. |
