If you have only 2D pics of your wood globe then its gonna be very difficult to animate it. Most people would use 3D software for this There is a way - if you make a completely new globe. Make a wood texture and move it in different layers a couple of pixels along in each layer in sequence. You will need at least 10 maybe 20 layers like this. Now you have a sequence like frames, each with the texture moved to a different place. Now use the spherise filter at 100% with exactly the same settings on each of your new layers. delete the circle round it on each too If you go into Image Ready - you should be able to create an animated GIF using these layers as your frames. You will also need to create a shading layer above all these layers - with maybe a radial gradient, to make it catch the light. Ive done spherical animations like this so it is possible. |
