how do i make texts or vinyls with an 3D angle?

i tried so hard but still cant fit them with a perfect angle to a surface in a pic
need help!

umm, a bit more detail on what you mean by that would help it sounds like you're trying to make something look like it's actually on a photo? a combination of the distort tool (under transform) and possibly using a displacement map would probably work.
