Hello... I'm trying to recreate either one of the backgrounds in the 2 images below. I have a fairly good knowledge around Photoshop. I've tried rendering and filtering and just couldn't reach a relatively similar background to either one of these backgrounds. Anyway, if you can help/guide me to it or maybe at least tell me how to create the bubble effect in the background of the right image, I'd be thankful.

Here's the image

The light green bubble thingy on the right image? That is "Pop Dots". You get that by making a selection; going into quickmask mode; bluring; and running the halftone filter (on the blured selection in quickmask). (then go back into normal mode make a new layer and fill the resulting selection with the color of your choice)

The biggest feature I notice from the other image are the rays of light Which are easy enough to achieve. Make a new layer, make a tall rectangular selection, feather the hell out of it, fill with white then transform and bring the ends together to make a ray that starts tight and moves wide. Duplicate and rotate as needed.

I hope this helps in some small way.

Thanks alot... but the "Pop Dots" effect. It's coming out blurry. Can it be done in such a way more similar to the attached image?
