This really isn't an easy task. I'm trying to create a shattered/broken mirror for a print I am currently making. Its either going to be just a few broken pieces of glass, or what I am really trying to make is a mirror after it has fell to the ground and is beginning to shatter (not sure if that makes sense). I've been searching the internet for a potential picture that would resemble this, but I'm not having much luck. Just wondering if you guys could help me out. Thanks.

buy/steal cheap square glass.
put glass on paper/on the ground
cover with paper
apply wrench with exquisite artistry
remove top paper
take photo (for best results use tripod)

There may be an easier way if you want to consider a plug in.

Alien Skin has an awesome plug called "Shattered"...I think it's in their Xenoflex set. Very customizable and will ensure slivers don't get into your fingers.

Just a thought...good luck.
