I was jus surfin and saw this pic. The purples and beiges look really really nice. not to mention the bit of blurring and what not. My question is how to achieve the colors. I've been playing with all the hues, saturations, colorizing, layer effects but I can get anything close. Can anybody gimmie a hint?! Thanks! Preview: |

The image of the person himself is probably not distorted, try changing the hues on the other layers only. Correction, maybe he is slightly desaturated. |

ahhhh now thats my style..I do hip hop cd covers. The trick is to find what parts you want high light with color. Then say on a new layer,i draw a pattern.Fill it with a color. Then i may overlay or color burn it in.Then Use a feathered brush and take away the parts u dont want.
